We’re now looking to take our company to the next level by implementing AI-driven automation and AI agents across finance, operations, sales, and marketing.

Position Overview
We’re seeking a highly skilled AI Automation & AI Agents Specialist who can design, build, and deploy automation systems that will streamline every aspect of our business. You will be responsible for identifying automation opportunities, implementing AI-powered tools, and building AI agents that can handle repetitive tasks, improve workflows, and enhance team productivity.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives on innovation, can integrate multiple platforms, and understands how to make AI work in a real-world business environment — not just in theory.

Key Responsibilities
AI & Automation Development

Design, build, and deploy custom AI agents to handle internal tasks in finance, operations, sales, and marketing.

Implement process automation using Zapier, Make (Integromat), and API integrations between tools like JobTread, QuickBooks, Google Workspace, CRM systems, and project management platforms.

Automate job costing, reporting, and data entry to reduce manual workloads.

Finance & Operations Automation

Create AI workflows to track budgets, forecast costs, and flag overruns in real-time.

Automate subcontractor/vendor payment tracking, invoicing, and document management.

Integrate AI into scheduling and project management tools for resource allocation, progress tracking, and status updates.

Sales & Marketing Automation

Build AI-powered chatbots and lead qualification agents for the website, social media, and ad campaigns.

Automate email/SMS follow-ups, proposal generation, and appointment scheduling.

Set up analytics dashboards that track marketing KPIs and ROI in real time.

Ongoing Improvement & Support

Continuously monitor, optimize, and update automation processes.

Train staff to effectively use new AI systems.

Stay up-to-date on the latest AI tools, trends, and integration opportunities.

Qualifications
Proven experience in AI automation and building custom AI agents (OpenAI, LangChain, CrewAI, etc.).

Proficiency in Zapier, Make, API integrations, and workflow automation tools.

Experience integrating AI with construction or service-based business CRMs (JobTread, Buildertrend, CoConstruct, or similar).

Strong understanding of business processes across finance, operations, sales, and marketing.

Knowledge of data analytics, KPI tracking, and reporting dashboards.

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to create practical, real-world AI solutions.

Preferred Skills (Bonus)
Experience with Google App Script for custom automation.

Familiarity with QuickBooks automation and AI-first bookkeeping.

Experience building AI-powered customer portals.

Background in residential construction or remodeling industry.

Compensation & Details
Position Type: Contract or Full-Time (Flexible for the right candidate)

Location: Remote / South Florida (preferred for in-person collaboration)

Compensation: Competitive, based on experience and project scope
