Hi! My name is Fernanda Silva, and I’m a licensed financial professional who helps families protect what matters most through life insurance and legacy planning.
I’m looking for a dedicated, organized, and friendly Virtual Assistant to help with lead generation, follow-ups, and appointment booking.
Main Responsibilities:
Search for potential leads online (social media, directories, other sources)
Send outreach messages via email, Facebook, Instagram, or LinkedIn (scripts provided)
Follow up with prospects to book qualified appointments
Schedule appointments in our online calendar

Requirements
Strong communication skills and a friendly personality
Experience with lead generation, appointment setting, or sales support is a plus
Familiarity with CRM tools like GoHighLevel
Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace
Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented
