JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role

We're hiring a Manager to lead our product launch operations — a mission-critical role at CoTa Global. You won’t be making images or writing content, but you will manage, verify, and drive the creative work that powers our Amazon and eCommerce listings.

This is a workflow and quality control position — you are the final gatekeeper between product launch and the world. You must be a master at Excel, a sharp and fast executor, and someone who thrives in a process-driven environment. Your goal: zero errors, on-time launches, and consistent quality.

What You’ll Do
Own the Star Studio workflow — every product launch passes through your hands.
Work closely with designers, writers, and the product team to ensure smooth, consistent execution.
Create, manage, and prioritize tasks in our Leankit board for content, image, and video work.
Ensure all content follows template rules and matches our creative standards.
Review and approve all submissions — and send back anything that doesn’t meet our bar.
Process Excel files for content uploads and maintain listing data accuracy.
Troubleshoot Amazon upload issues and verify that listings go live correctly.
Push for progress — follow up, clear blockers, and make sure nothing stalls.

Must-Have Skills & Traits
Advanced Excel skills — you’ll work with large product sheets and upload templates.
Experience managing creative workflows or operations.
Successful experience managing small teams - 2 years minimum
Proven experience in eCommerce, Amazon Seller Central, or listing operations.
Strong content & Image judgment — you know when an image or title just isn’t good enough.
Process-oriented — you follow SOPs and enforce them.
Excellent written English and communication skills.
Detail-obsessed and fast — you catch mistakes before they go live.
Able to manage multiple tasks at once and hit deadlines.

Bonus Points If You Have
Familiarity with Leankit, Trello, or other task boards.
Background in working with global, remote teams.

Why You’ll Love This Role
You’ll own a mission-critical process in a fast-growing company.
Be part of a supportive, systems-driven team that values initiative and clarity.
Opportunity to grow into a leadership position as we scale.
Work with a global team and have real responsibility and impact.
