We are looking for a passionate and data-driven SEO Generalist to be the strategic force behind our organic growth and to elevate the value of the content we produce for our clients.
Job Title: SEO Consultant / Generalist
??Location: Remote (with preference for candidates in PST; UTC+08:00 or with overlapping work hours with CET; UTC+01:00)
Key Responsibilities:
1. SEO Strategy & Auditing
• Develop and implement a comprehensive SEO roadmap for both SOLV Solutions and key clients.
• Conduct in-depth SEO audits of our website and client websites, identifying technical, on-page, and off-page opportunities.
• Perform competitor analysis to identify strategic gaps and opportunities for organic growth.
• Stay current with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices to ensure our strategies remain effective.
2. Content & On-Page SEO
• Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to guide content strategy and identify high-value topics.
• Create detailed content briefs for our writing team, outlining target keywords, search intent, LSI keywords, and on-page optimization elements.
• Review and optimize new and existing content (blog posts, landing pages, case studies) for on-page SEO factors, including headings, meta tags, internal linking, and schema markup.
• Develop and manage a robust internal linking strategy to improve topical authority and site architecture.
3. Analytics & Reporting
• Set up, manage, and analyze performance in Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, and other SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush).
• Create and maintain performance dashboards to track key SEO metrics such as organic traffic, keyword rankings, click-through rates (CTR), and conversions.
• Deliver clear, concise monthly and quarterly reports on SEO performance to leadership and, when applicable, to clients.
Qualifications & Skills:
• A proven track record of developing and executing SEO strategies that drive significant organic traffic growth. (A portfolio or case studies will be requested).
• Deep expertise in the three pillars of SEO: Technical SEO, On-Page SEO, and Off-Page SEO.
• Proficiency with standard SEO tools
• Excellent understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain complex SEO concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
