Job Title: Web Developer (Contract – Website Redesign)

About Us
We are seeking a talented and creative web developer to redesign our current website. Our goal is a modern, user-friendly, and visually appealing site that aligns with our brand. We have the copy drafted and examples of websites we like to help guide the design process.

Role Overview
The successful candidate will be responsible for building and launching our redesigned website based on our provided content and style inspirations. This is a contract engagement to deliver the new site, with the potential for ongoing work in SEO optimization and creation of marketing collateral (documents, flyers, social media) using the same design style as the new website and our branding. We currently use Canva for this material.

Responsibilities
• Review provided copy and design examples to develop a website that reflects our brand and vision.
• Build a responsive, accessible, and mobile-friendly website.
• Incorporate user-friendly navigation and clean design principles.
• Optimize site performance for speed and usability.
• Collaborate with our team to make revisions as needed.

Preferred Skills & Experience
• Proven experience in website design and development.
• Strong portfolio of completed sites (please include links).
• Knowledge of best practices for UX/UI design.
• Experience with SEO strategy and implementation (preferred).
• Ability to provide referrals or client testimonials.
