This is a high level role, we're looking for all round inbound digital marketing specialists, not JUST media buyers.

Your Mission:

- Architect and execute high-converting lead gen campaigns on Google & Meta.
- Work with our creative teams to generate high quality video and static ads, as well as search and display campaigns
- Command significant ad budgets to scale results
- Develop killer creative angles, hooks, and ad concepts for lead gen

MINIMUM Requirements:

1. You have at least 2+ years deep in the trenches of paid advertising (Google Ads & Meta Ads).
2. Your experience comes from a 7-figure agency or a specialist paid ads lead gen agency. This is non-negotiable.
3. You have a portfolio of successful lead gen campaigns with real, verifiable numbers.
4. You're highly experienced in GHL and creating complex funnels for high ticket lead gen campaigns
