Canva Wizard - Presentation Expert

We’re looking for a Canva Expert who can rapidly produce high-quality, on-brand presentations for client proposals, investor decks, and product showcases.

The ideal candidate is fast, precise, and creative, with a strong eye for design and the ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining absolute confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities
• Create polished, professional presentations in Canva for cybersecurity and intelligence products.
• Transform complex, technical information into clear, visually engaging slides.
• Work closely with the marketing and intelligence teams to ensure brand consistency and accuracy.
• Rapidly turn around urgent presentation requests without sacrificing quality.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of all materials and sensitive information.
• Continuously refine templates and design systems to speed up production.

Requirements
• Proven experience as a Canva Expert or Presentation Designer (portfolio required).
• Fast turnaround ability—capable of producing full decks within hours when required.
• Strong visual communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to understand and present technical or complex topics in a clear and compelling way.
• Comfortable working in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
• Reliable internet connection and ability to work with minimal supervision.

Nice to Have
• Experience designing decks for B2B, tech, cybersecurity, or intelligence sectors.
• Familiarity with data visualization and infographic design.
• Ability to work with sensitive or classified material with discretion.
