BellaCare Solution is a luxury private-pay home care agency dedicated to providing compassionate, professional, and high-quality care for seniors. We are looking for a proactive, organized, and people-oriented Virtual Assistant who can manage administrative tasks while representing our brand with excellence.
???? Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming calls professionally and warmly
Perform client intake and enter information accurately into our system
Manage applicant intake, including reviewing applications and conducting phone interviews
Schedule and confirm appointments for clients and applicants
Assist with social media content creation and posting
Follow up with leads, caregivers, and referral sources
Maintain organized records and update tracking systems
Support the Owner with daily operational tasks
? Qualifications:
Previous experience in a home care agency or healthcare-related administrative role (strongly preferred)
Proven phone etiquette and customer service skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Tech-savvy and able to learn new systems quickly
Social media experience (content posting, engagement)
Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
