Content Creator for Social Media (Dutch Content via AI, Long-form to Short-form etc)

Are you a creative social media content creator who can think beyond instructions? I’m looking for someone who can take my Dutch long-form videos, truly understand my brand and audience, and transform them into engaging, on-brand Instagram content — Reels, carousels, and quotes — that feel like me. We need 6-10 posts per day.

I run a online business & marketing (personal) brand for experienced female entrepreneurs who want more impact, and scalability in their business, to live a life with more freedom. My content is direct, inspiring, empowering and visually strong — and my audience expects to see and experience that in everything I put out.

You don’t need to speak Dutch, but you do need to understand the meaning of my content using AI tools, and keep the tone-of-voice intact. Over time, you’ll learn my brand so well that you can proactively create content ideas, identify powerful quotes, and design new carousel concepts — even without step-by-step instructions.

What you’ll do:

Review my Dutch long-form videos and use AI (ChatGPT, DeepL, Descript, etc.) to understand the content in English.

Select key ---------- nts, quotes, and ideas to turn into short-form content:

Reels (max. 60 sec) with Dutch subtitles.

Carousels (5–10 slides) in Canva with Dutch captions.

Quote visuals in my brand style.

Use your creativity to come up with additional content ideas based on my style and messaging.

Maintain brand consistency and tone-of-voice in all visuals and text.

Organize content in our content calendar (Asana/Trello).

Communicate effectively and deliver batches on time each week.

Requirements:

Proven experience in Instagram content creation (portfolio required).

Skilled in video editing (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar).

Proficient in Canva Pro (brand kits, templates, carousels).

Experience using AI tools for transcription and translation.

Ability to identify strong soundbites, key points, and quotes from videos.

Strong visual storytelling skills.

Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of learning a brand’s tone-of-voice.

Excellent communication in English.

Bonus if you:

Have experience repurposing long-form video into multiple formats.

Bring your own creative ideas for carousels and visuals.

How we’ll work together:

I provide Dutch long-form videos.
You use AI to understand the content and create multiple types of short-form content.
You deliver batches of content and overtime proactively suggest new ideas.
Fully remote, with communication via e-mail & Zoom.

Time commitment:
Start: approx. 5 hours per week.
Possibility to increase if collaboration works well.
