Description:
I’m launching my first faceless YouTube channel focused on yoga, Eastern philosophy, and mindfulness. Each video will feature a calm female voiceover and visuals in an ancient Chinese art style (art provided). I’m looking for a creative video editor who can bring these elements together in a way that’s engaging, visually beautiful, and optimised for audience retention.

Your Responsibilities:
- Audio polish: Adjust pacing, remove repeated words, de-ess, and ensure clarity.
- Motion & animation: Add tasteful movement to static AI-generated art, syncing visual changes with the voiceover.
- Retention editing: Strong hooks and multiple engaging cuts in the first 1–2 minutes.
- Music integration: Use pre-provided background audio to enhance emotional storytelling.
- Clear communication and ability to meet tight deadlines.

Deliverables each week:
- 1 x 15-minute video
- 2 x Shorts edited from the main video

What I’m Looking For:
- Experience with YouTube storytelling and editing for viewer retention
- Motion graphics skills for animating still images
- Creative eye for matching visuals to narrative tone
- Reliable communication and ability to work to a weekly schedule

Compensation:
- £75/week for the deliverables listed above, amounting to £300 / month
- Performance bonus: Additional £50 for any video you edit that reaches 100K views (measured within 3 months of upload)
- Paid on a per-video basis with potential for long-term work as the channel grows
