Position Overview
You’ll be the first point of contact for property owners, making outbound calls, qualifying leads, and ensuring accurate data entry into our CRM. This role is essential to keeping our acquisitions pipeline full and moving.

Key Responsibilities
• Outbound Calling: High-volume calls using our dialer, building rapport, and explaining our process.
• Lead Qualification: Follow our script, ask targeted questions, and identify motivated sellers.
• CRM Management: Enter lead details within 5 minutes, record notes, and set follow-ups.
• Process & Performance: Follow scripts, meet daily KPIs, and work with urgency.

Qualifications
• Fluent in English with a clear, neutral accent.
• Strong communicator and active listener.
• Resilient, goal-driven, and comfortable with high call volumes.
• Organized, coachable, and eager to learn.

Compensation
• $2/hour starting pay.
• Major U.S. holidays paid
