Commercial Real Estate Research and Design

This job is for a commercial real estate broker research and design assistant. The most important role is business and property owner research with the design aspect being secondary.
I will give you a list of company names or property addresses with a form for you to fill out with the owner and contact information. A successful candidate will be persistent and creative in finding the names, emails, and mobile phone numbers of business owners and property owners. This is the most important thing!
From time to time, I need help with designing marketing brochures, maps, demographic exhibits and editing PDFs. This is not as important but please mention if you have experience putting together marketing or listing packages.

My hopes for this role are to grow beyond 5 hours a week to much more time, but we need to start slow and grow correctly.
