What you’ll do:
- Convert phone and text based enquiries into appointment bookings.
- Own the sales and patient journey—this is not your average reception gig

We’re looking for someone who:
- Have fluent English, ideally Australian or British sounding.
- Can close deals like a champion!
- MUST have sales, call centre, or leadership experience (dental not needed!).
- Thrive in a fast, fun, no-fluff, results-first environment
- Have amazing resilience. Doing meaningful work is hard, but you value the growth and do it anyway!
- Don't let your own ego get in the way of creating real connection and building relationships.
- Communicates like a pro and influences with ease
- Great at follow up and has an unwavering drive to achieve set goals/targets.
