• Optimize targeting, creatives, and budgets for maximum ROI
• Monitor ad performance and suggest improvements
• Deliver consistent, high-quality leads that meet our criteria
• Report weekly on results & key metrics

What We’re Looking For:
• Proven experience running successful Facebook Lead Ads campaigns
• Strong understanding of audience targeting and conversion funnels
• Ability to track, test, and optimize campaigns quickly
• Familiarity with tools like Facebook Business Manager, Pixel setup, and CRM integrations
• Creative mindset for ad copy & visuals (bonus if you can design or source creatives)
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-focused
