Requirements & Qualifications
• Proven experience in graphic design (portfolio required)
• Strong skills with tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar
• Attention to detail and ability to take feedback
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Good communication skills and reliability
• Bonus: Experience with eCommerce or digital advertising assets

What You’ll Be Doing Daily
• Apparel Graphics: Design engaging visuals for web banners, email campaigns, and social media, highlighting new collections and promotions.
• Product Imagery: Create polished flat-lay compositions, lifestyle mockups, and promotional banners for tees, jackets, accessories, and more.
• Infographics & Lookbooks: Transform trends and product specs into compelling editorial layouts and shoppable assets.
• Brand Stewardship: Evolve our visual identity—updating lookbook templates, refining color palettes, and ensuring consistency across all channels.
• File Management: Deliver print- and web-ready files (AI, PSD, PNG, JPG) in correct dimensions and formats.

Schedule & Compensation
• Hours: 40 hours per month (flexible, remote)
• First Month (Trial): $100 for 40 hours; if we see a smooth fit early, we may end the trial and switch to full pay sooner.
• Regular Rate: $200 per month after successful trial
• Tools: You provide your design setup; we supply software licenses and brand asset.
• Growth Path: Consistent, high-quality delivery unlocks more hours, higher rates, and expanding responsibilities.
