About the Role
We are looking for a creative, analytical, and hard-working Marketing Strategist to shape the advertising direction for multiple e-commerce brands.
This is not just a planning role — you will be deeply involved in copywriting, competitive research, and guiding our creative team to produce high-performing campaigns.
The ideal candidate is a storyteller with a strategic mind, able to craft compelling messages, find unique product angles, and translate market insights into advertising strategies that convert.
Key Responsibilities
Research competitors, industry trends, and customer behavior to identify opportunities and winning product angles.
Develop advertising strategies and creative directions for various e-commerce brands.
Write persuasive ad copy, headlines, and marketing messages tailored to each campaign.
Collaborate closely with the graphic/video team to ensure creatives match the brand voice and campaign goals.
Define the key messages every creative asset should communicate.
Test and optimize messaging based on performance data.
Work with media buyers and marketing managers to align copy and creatives with campaign strategies.
Requirements
3+ years in marketing strategy, advertising, or copywriting for e-commerce.
Proven ability to write compelling copy that drives sales.
Strong understanding of
Experience in creative direction and working with designers/video editors.
Sharp analytical skills for competitor and market research.
High attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
Proactive, self-motivated, and adaptable to fast-changing priorities.
