We are a UK-based serviced accommodation management company seeking an experienced and reliable Virtual Assistant to manage guest communications and cleaner coordination for our portfolio of properties.
This is a long-term role for someone who has previously worked in short-term rental or serviced accommodation management and can confidently handle day-to-day operations with minimal supervision.
Requirements:
Proven experience working with a serviced accommodation or short-term rental management company (UK experience is a plus).
Strong written and spoken English skills.
Experience using Airbnb, Booking.com, and property management systems.
Familiarity with Turno (or similar cleaning scheduling software) and Airtable/Notion is a bonus.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and handle urgent situations calmly.
Reliable internet connection and backup plan.
