???? COMPENSATION STRUCTURE:

Base Salary: $300/month (for first 3 months)
Commission: 10-15% of all sales you generate
Realistic earnings: $500-$1500/month within 6 months
Top performers: Can earn $2000+/month

???? YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ecommerce Management (40%)

Manage and optimize our Etsy shop
Create compelling product listings
Set up and manage Shopify store
Handle Facebook Marketplace listings
Research and test pricing strategies

Social Media Marketing (40%)

Create 3-5 TikTok videos per week
Manage Instagram (posts, reels, stories)
Engage with pet communities on Reddit
Build relationships with pet influencers
Create viral content strategies

Sales & Customer Relations (20%)

Respond to customer inquiries
Manage reviews and feedback
Identify and contact potential retail partners
Find and apply to pet trade shows/markets
Build email list and send newsletters

? REQUIREMENTS:
Must Have:

Proven experience with Etsy or Shopify (send examples)
Strong English writing skills (for product descriptions)
Experience creating social media content
Basic video editing skills (for TikTok/Reels)
Reliable internet and computer
Available 20-30 hours per week

Love cats or pets (genuine enthusiasm shows!)

Experience with influencer outreach
Basic graphic design skills (Canva)
