Senior Virtual Bookkeeper – No Beginners, No Hand-Holding

We are Breezy Books, a bookkeeping business supporting multiple companies in real estate, cleaning, and small business industries. We are building out our systems now and need a true professional who can walk in and take charge without training wheels.

If you’re not 100% confident in your ability to clean up books, set up airtight systems, and keep multiple accounts accurate without supervision, this isn’t for you.

The Role:
• Take over bookkeeping for several businesses in QuickBooks Online
• Clean up years of messy data where needed — no excuses, just results
• Reconcile everything fast and accurately
• Create clear SOPs so the system runs without constant oversight
• Spot problems before they become problems
• Communicate clearly and concisely — we don’t have time to chase you

Required (Non-Negotiable):
• Minimum 3 years full-time bookkeeping experience — not “helped my cousin with his books”
• QuickBooks Online mastery — not just familiarity
• Proven history of cleaning up and maintaining multiple company books
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Obsessed with accuracy, deadlines, and efficiency
• Can work U.S. business hours for meetings/check-ins

Preferred But Not Required:
• SOP creation experience
• Background with service-based and/or real estate businesses
• Ability to lead or train a small team of bookkeepers

What We’re Not Looking For:
• Beginners or “fast learners”
• People who need step-by-step instructions for every task
• Missed deadlines or sloppy work
