JOB OVERVIEW

Based in the UK, we are a fast-growing multi-product Amazon seller currently selling in the US, UK, and EU. We are seeking a Supply Chain Assistant to support ERP management, product data setup, and compliance activities across multiple markets, including Amazon. You’ll work closely with our Supply Chain, Production, Logistics, and Finance teams to keep product information accurate, shipments on track, and all documentation in order.

Key Responsibilities
-Maintain ERP system data by creating and updating purchase orders, FOBs, quantities, and ex-factory dates; reconcile reports; and manage the release of trade purchase orders.
-Track and update the status of purchase orders within the ERP from placement through to shipping and receipt.
-Oversee product setup processes including creating item records, assigning GS1 barcodes, and maintaining accurate product data sheets.
-Generate and reconcile reports against purchase order data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
-Support compliance activities by organizing and tracking testing documentation, coordinating factory sample submissions, and ensuring adherence to deadlines.
-Manage Amazon compliance tasks, including submission of certificates (DoCs, CPCs), appealing rejected cases, conducting re-measurement checks, and resolving listing or category issues.
-Assist in managing workflows and project tracking using ---------- .
-Monitor project progress, identify potential issues early, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain timelines.
-Provide administrative support to senior management and contribute to various ad-hoc projects as required.


Key Skills & Attributes
-High attention to detail and accuracy.
-Strong organisational and time-management skills.
-ERP system experience; comfortable with data entry and reporting.
-Proficient in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Amazon Seller Central is a plus.
-Able to work under pressure during seasonal peaks.
-Good English (written & verbal).
-Competent with Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
-Positive, hard-working attitude.
-Reliable, organised, quick learner.
-Effective communication with prompt replies during working hours.

The ideal candidate may have experience working in supply chain and with ERP systems; however, this is not essential as full training will be provided. The main qualities we seek are good English (written & verbal), attention to detail and accuracy, Excel competency, and a positive, hardworking attitude.

Further Details:
-Full-time role (37.5-40 hours per week, Monday - Friday).
-Working hours: 4:00 pm - 00:30 am (flexible hours possible for the right candidate, but must overlap UK working hours).
-Salary: 25- 30k per month.
-Long-term position.
-English speaking.
-Must have personal computer access with reliable Wi-Fi and adequate hardware capabilities.
