My name is Cal, the owner of Flatstick. I partner with high-growth tech companies to find world-class talent. I'm looking for a driven Recruitment Sourcer to help me build strong candidate pipelines and scale our client success. You'll get to work directly with me everyday.

What You’ll Do:

- Source top talent via LinkedIn, job boards, and social platforms
- Build and maintain organised candidate databases
- Pre-screen profiles to match client requirements
- Support with outreach, messaging, and interview coordination

What We’re Looking For:

- Experience in candidate sourcing/recruitment (LinkedIn Recruiter a big plus)
- Excellent written English and attention to detail
- Organised, proactive, and results-driven
- Comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision

Salary/Time:
- Ideally 4 hours per day (20 a week)
- $4-$6 USD per hour, dependent on experience.
