About you:
You’re sharp. You’re quick. You know how to open a conversation in the DMs without getting left on “seen.”
You understand that every message is part of a bigger sales process, and your goal is simple: fill our calendar with qualified calls.

What you’ll do:
• Daily Instagram DM outreach to our target audience.
• Respond quickly to inbound messages and keep conversations flowing.
• Qualify leads by asking the right questions
• Warm up cold leads and guide them toward booking a strategy call.
• Follow up with potential clients consistently until they take action.
• Keep track of all conversations, follow-ups, and results in our CRM.
• Coordinate with our sales team to ensure booked calls are high quality.

What we expect from you:
• Experience in appointment setting, DM outreach, or sales.
• Excellent written English, clear, confident, and personable.
• You can handle objections without getting flustered.
• Fast response times — you treat the inbox like a live conversation.
• Comfortable using scripts but able to adapt to the flow of the chat.
• Familiar with Instagram, social media trends, and basic CRM tools.
• Hungry to win, you measure your success in booked calls.
