What You’ll Do:

Use leading-edge sourcing tools — LinkedIn, ---------- , SMS, email, phone — to identify and engage with top-tier candidates.
Match highly qualified professionals with client roles, maintaining close relationships throughout the hiring process.
Conduct interviews, assess skills, and create targeted candidate shortlists.
Build and maintain a powerful lead and talent pipeline to fuel constant growth.
Consistently hit — and exceed — your weekly performance and placement goals.

What You Bring:

3+ years of recruitment experience (healthcare preferred, but not required).
Proven success in recruiting US-based candidates for US clients.
Experience in permanent placement/direct hire experience required
Exceptional negotiation, closing, and relationship-building skills.
A self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven mindset.
Bonus if you’ve recruited for roles like Sonographer, CT Technologist, or MRI Technologist.
