Job Description:
-Manage and record day-to-day financial
-Maintain and update accounting records
-Prepare invoices and track payments from clients, insurance providers, or government programs
-Assist with payroll processing and timesheet tracking
-Communicate with internal staff and vendors regarding billing or payment issues
-Answer incoming calls and provide support for after-hours concerns from clients or caregivers
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree with a focus in accounting is a plus)
-Proven experience in accounting (preferably with U.S.-based clients or home care agencies)
-Strong customer service and communication skills; ability to handle calls and resolve concerns
-Proficient in accounting software
-Familiar with invoicing, payroll, and reconciliation processes
