Project & Operations Manager

We are a fast-growing SEO agency looking for a results-driven Project Manager with a strong agency background and hands-on experience using project management platforms like Teamwork, ClickUp, or ---------- .

This is not an entry-level or training role—we’re looking for someone who’s already been in the trenches leading diverse teams, resolving roadblocks, and ensuring top-tier execution across departments.

What You’ll Do

- Manage task execution and overall workflow for our growing SEO agency
- Coordinate with multiple departments: SEO, content, link building, automation, and client success
- Use Teamwork (or similar tools) to assign, monitor, and track project milestones
- Identify bottlenecks early and implement solutions to avoid delays
- Track KPIs and performance metrics across all operational teams
- Provide weekly status reports directly to the Head of Operations
- Ensure strict alignment with SOPs and enhance internal process efficiency
- Support new client onboarding and integration into our project systems

What We’re Looking For

- 5 years of project management experience in a digital agency or similar fast-paced environment
- Proven expertise with Teamwork, ClickUp, ---------- , or other project management platforms
- Experience managing large, cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—in fluent English
- Highly organized, deadline-focused, and a strong problem solver
- Bonus: Familiarity with SEO operations or digital marketing workflows
