About Us
We are a fast-growing SEO agency specializing in ranking HVAC businesses #1 on Google & Google Maps. We generate leads daily from FB ads and are looking for a driven Appointment Setter to help us convert them into booked calls with our sales team.

Role Overview
As our Appointment Setter, you will be the first point of contact for leads coming through our funnel. Your job will be to call them within the first 5 minutes of them submitting their information, qualify them, and schedule them for a consultation with our sales team. You will also be responsible for ensuring a strong show-up rate through reminders and follow-ups.

Responsibilities
Monitor incoming leads in real-time via our CRM (GoHighLevel)

Call new leads within 5 minutes of submission

Qualify prospects based on provided criteria

Book qualified prospects directly into our sales team’s calendar

Send reminders, confirmations, and follow-ups to ensure show-up rate

Maintain accurate lead and appointment records in the CRM

Provide daily reporting on lead contact attempts, bookings, and no-shows

Requirements
Full English proficiency (spoken and written) – minimal or no accent required

Familiarity with GoHighLevel (GHL) is a required

Prior appointment setting, inside sales, or telemarketing experience preferred

Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing is preferred

Strong communication and persuasion skills

Fast response time & ability to handle leads promptly

Reliable internet and a quiet work environment

Must be able to work US business hours

Compensation
Base pay: $400/month

Bonus per booked call: $10

Bonus per closed client: $50

First-month expected lead volume: 240–300 leads (~8–10 calls/day)
