Bookkeeper

We are looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to maintain the Xero accounts for three small businesses on an ongoing, flexible, gig-based arrangement.

The Role:

Maintain accurate financial records in Xero for three businesses
Bank and credit card reconciliations
Process invoices, receipts, and payments
Manage accounts payable and receivable
Prepare BAS and payroll reports
Liaise with business owners and our accountant as needed

About You:

Proven experience with Xero (multi-entity experience is a plus)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
Good communication skills
Reliable and professional approach
