Virtual Appointment Setter & Call Manager – PST Hours (8 AM – 5 PM)
We are looking for a dedicated Virtual Assistant to manage appointment setting, inbound inquiries, call handling, and AI chat engagement across multiple businesses in Go High Level (GHL) sub accounts. Experience with GHL is a must for this role. If you have strong communication skills, speak clear and fluent English, and can stay organized in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Manage inbound calls, answer general questions, and provide information about our various businesses
Book appointments directly in Go High Level and manage the calendar across multiple sub accounts (GHL experience required)
Monitor AI chat conversations in real time and intervene when a client is actively engaged to provide personalized support and close the appointment
Block spam calls and filter inquiries
Transfer important calls to business owners in real time
Provide daily
Use AI tools to improve efficiency and accuracy in communication and scheduling
Maintain professionalism and responsiveness during normal business hours (8 AM – 5 PM PST)
Requirements
Fluent, clear English communication skills – both spoken and written
GHL is a must – prior experience managing pipelines, calendars, and communications in Go High Level
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet work environment
Ability to handle multiple brands/businesses at once
Comfort with using AI tools for call handling, scheduling, and reporting
Ability to proactively monitor chats and engage with potential clients at the right
Preferred Skills
Previous experience as an appointment setter, customer service representative, or VA
Knowledge of call forwarding, call screening, and calendar management
Familiarity with daily reporting and task tracking
Work Hours & Pay
Full-time – Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM PST
Compensation – To be discussed based on experience
