Insurance Sales Agent

Our Insurance agency is hiring motivated and professional Virtual Sales / Cold Caller / Call Center Representatives to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for cold calling, lead outreach, lead generation, sales, and gathering information to help our team quote and onboard new insurance clients. You’ll also handle light customer service and pass more complex requests to our licensed agents.

What We’re Looking For:

Prior experience in insurance, cold calling, or call center sales
Excellent verbal communication and fluent English
Ability to confidently manage inbound/outbound calls and lead funnels
Organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
Understanding of insurance products

This is a remote, hourly or commission-based position (depending on experience), with flexible scheduling and opportunity for growth.
