• 1st placement = $50
• 2nd placement = $70
• 3rd placement = $100
• $100 for every placement thereafter in the same month

Role Overview

We are seeking a driven and resourceful Sales Associate to join our UK-focused recruitment division. Your primary mission is to generate qualified leads (booked meetings) with UK schools for our recruitment services. You will not be closing the deals — your goal is to open the door, and our UK team will take over from there.

Initially, your focus will be on canvassing schools across the UK for recruitment placements. In time, this will expand to include selling our brand-new computing curriculum to schools once development is complete.

You will be given a list of schools (a mix of warm and cold leads) to work through systematically. Your success will depend on your ability to get past the school receptionist — often the most notorious gatekeeper in UK schools — and speak to decision-makers such as Headteachers, Deputy Heads, or Heads of Department.

Key Responsibilities:
• Contact UK schools by phone, using a provided script.
• Overcome gatekeeper barriers creatively and professionally.
• Book meetings for the company director to present our services.
• Meet monthly targets of 3+ placements generated through your booked meetings.
• Maintain a professional, positive, and persistent approach — never get disheartened by refusals.
• Adapt and improve your sales approach over time while working within our framework.
• Learn the basics of the UK education system and school structure.
• Handle both warm and cold leads effectively.
• Work collaboratively with our UK-based closing team to hand over leads smoothly.

Requirements:
• Excellent spoken and written English (British English preferred).
• Previous experience in telesales, lead generation, or appointment setting (preferably B2B).
• Ability to follow a script while also thinking on your feet.
• Resilient mindset — able to handle rejection and keep going.
• Organised, disciplined, and self-motivated in a remote work environment.
• Some knowledge or willingness to learn about the UK education system.

• Prior experience selling to schools or in the education sector.
• Understanding of recruitment processes.
