Sales Specialist (remote, non-voice) – Friendly Chats | High-Growth Team

Location: Remote
Schedule: Fixed shifts (choose from: 10PM–6AM / 6AM–2PM / 2PM–10PM PH Time)
Type: Independent Contractor (Full-time)
Salary: $1000–$2000/month (stable base + commission + bonuses)
Pay Frequency: Bi-weekly (G-Cash/Wise)

What You’ll Do
- Chat 1-on-1 with customers in a friendly, casual environment
- Use our proven sales scripts and adapt them to customer tone and interest
- Manage conversations across 100–150 customers per day (~500+ messages total)
- Track conversations, performance data, and your personal KPIs
- Share wins, tactics, and fresh objections with the team daily


What Makes You a Fit
- Fluent written English with a natural, upbeat tone
- Emotionally intelligent and able to match customer energy
- Resilient & hungry – rejection doesn’t faze you, hitting goals fuels you
- Organized self-starter – reliable internet, PC, and quiet workspace
- Experience in chat support, sales, or BPO is ideal—but raw drive and coachability matter most
