???? Virtual Assistant for Beauty Business – Social Media, Video Editing, Shopify & Marketing ????

We are Fluttersy Lashes & Beauty — a premium, alternative beauty brand in Melbourne, Australia, offering lash & brow services, tooth gems, and upcoming lash education. We’re looking for a skilled, proactive, and creative Virtual Assistant to help with social media, marketing, Shopify set-up, course content, and admin support.

This is a part-time role (5–10 hours per week) to start, with the potential to grow into more hours and a long-term position for the right person.

Your role will include:

Editing and repurposing videos for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook

Designing & scheduling engaging social media posts, carousels, and stories

Writing and sending marketing emails (Flodesk)

Shopify set-up and product uploads (digital & physical)

Market research for trends, competitors, and opportunities

Cold messaging / outreach to potential clients and students

Editing & finalising training manuals, eBooks, and flyers in Canva

Uploading course content to our platforms (Shopify & future LMS)

Assisting with admin tasks and brand organisation


To be eligible you need access to:

Strong English writing & typing skills

Proven experience with Canva, Shopify, and social media platforms

Video editing skills (CapCut, InShot, or similar)

Keen attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines

Ability to follow instructions while also taking initiative

Eagerness for personal & professional growth

Ability to convey emotion and personality through text & visuals

Strong organisational skills & active listening


Nice to have (bonus points):

Knowledge of Flodesk email marketing

Experience in the beauty industry

SEO basics and keyword research skills
