WHAT YOU’LL DO:

As an HR Generalist, you’ll play a crucial role in managing core HR functions to ensure a smooth, efficient, and inspiring work environment. You will work closely with department heads and leadership to foster a performance-driven and people-centric culture.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment and Onboarding
* Execute end-to-end recruitment: job posting, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
* Conduct onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
* Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for various departments.

2. Employee Engagement & Relations
* Promote a positive work culture by resolving employee concerns proactively.
* Support employee satisfaction surveys and improvement initiatives.

3. Compensation and Benefits
* Assisting in DTR payroll
* Monitor employee attendance, leaves, and performance incentives.

4. Policy Implementation & Compliance
* Implement and enforce HR policies, company rules, and labor standards.
* Create and update HR SOPs
* Update and maintain accurate employee records

QUALIFICATIONS:

* 3+ years of HR experience
* Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace
* Strong understanding of Philippine labor laws and HR practices
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
* Highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented
