Virtual Assistant for YouTube Channels (AI & Content Creation)

We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our growing YouTube team! If you enjoy clerical work, love working with AI tools, and can thrive under tight deadlines, this role is for you.

This is not a typical VA role — you’ll be actively involved in producing content, making sure every script, voiceover, and caption is polished and ready for publishing. You don’t need to be a YouTube pro (yet!) — we’ll provide SOPs, prompts, and guidance — but a willingness to learn and deliver high-quality results is essential.

Responsibilities:

Follow provided SOPs & prompts to generate 8 scripts per day

Create voiceovers and captions for each video using CapCut or ElevenLabs

Double-check generated content for accuracy, flow, and quality (e.g., seamless voiceovers, correct captions)

Ensure tasks are completed on time, even with tight deadlines

Collaborate with the team to continuously improve workflows and content output

Requirements:

Available 5–6 days a week

Decent English skills (verbal & written)

Familiarity with or interest in AI tools

Enjoys clerical and detail-oriented work

YouTube experience is a plus but not required

Comfortable working quickly without sacrificing accuracy

Bonus Points For:

Prior YouTube or video editing experience

Hands-on use of tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, ElevenLabs, CapCut, Descript, etc.
