Video Editor and Thumbnail Creator

Hello,

I am looking for a full time Video Editor / Thumbnail Creator for my YouTube Channel.

I am looking for someone who is experienced in editing AI YouTube specific videos and YouTube thumbnails.

These videos are easy to create and usually take at most 2 hours to create.

I would like someone who understands how to edit an engaging video that will increase watch time on my channel by adding in necessary elements such as sounds, infographics, transitions, panning, animation that will make the video more entertaining without me having to give you much input.

I am also looking for someone who understands the necessary elements to creating a YouTube thumbnail that people will want to click on.

I am looking for someone who can edit the video, figure out the main point of the video, and know what to put on the thumbnail without me having to tell them and without me having to give you much input. But anyways if i will have to give a insights on how to do this I will, but you will need to be a fast learner.

I would like someone who can edit one quality video and create a thumbnail for that video in one 8 hour shift or less.

You can work any 8 hour shift, 5 days per week that you would like.
