Video Editor - Real estate and Content

Motion Bound Pictures is a fast-growing content creation and social media agency based in Sydney, Australia. We create high-quality visual content and manage social media for clients across multiple industries. with a focus on building, real estate and events.

We’re looking for a highly skilled Senior Video Editor with proven real estate editing experience to join our creative team. Your work will play a key role in helping our clients stand out across social media and marketing platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
- Edit professional real estate property videos, including interior/exterior walkthroughs, drone footage, and highlight reels.
- Edit lifestyle, branding, and event content for clients as required.
- Add music, sound effects, voiceovers, and motion graphics to enhance video quality.
- Perform colour grading and sound adjustments to achieve a polished final product.
- Maintain a fast turnaround without compromising quality.
- Organise and manage project files and deliverables in line with company processes.
- Collaborate with our team to ensure videos meet brand standards and client expectations.
- Assist the team with general duties when needed

Tools you will use
- Click up (Project Management)
- Google Drive (file management and delivery)
- Adobe suite - Premiere Pro/After effects, Photoshop/lightroom if needed

Key Requirements:
- 5+ years professional video editing experience with premiere pro
- Strong portfolio or real estate video edits and other industries
- Proficient with Adobe suite in particularly Premiere Pro and After effects
- Experience in colour grading and audio
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Fast and reliable internet connection for remote access to our computers

Salary and Hours
- 37.5 paid hours per week
- Pay $10 - $15 AUD p/hour ($1625 - $2437.5 p/month)
- Paid test task during the hire process
