Key Responsibilities:
• Podcast Management: Create engaging show notes, compelling introductions, and content drafts using AI tools like ChatGPT or similar platforms
• Social Media Support: Draft LinkedIn posts following established templates and brand voice, utilizing AI assistance for content creation and optimization

• Calendar & Scheduling: Expertly manage Google Calendar and Calendly systems, coordinate meetings with Fortune 500 clients, and optimize scheduling efficiency
• Contact Management: Update and maintain contact records in Copper CRM, execute follow-up sequences, and support lead nurturing processes
• Project Management: Track project deadlines, monitor upcoming initiatives, and maintain organized workflows using Trello boards
• Communication Management: Maintain clear communication via Google Chat and WhatsApp, and effectively work with Loom video instructions for task clarity
• Content Creation: Support various content needs including presentation materials, client communications, and marketing assets
• Administrative Excellence: Handle confidential business matters with discretion and maintain professional standards in all client interactions

What We're Looking For:
• 3+ years of Executive Assistant experience, preferably supporting entrepreneurs, consultants, or service-based businesses
• Advanced proficiency with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) for content creation and productivity enhancement
• Expert-level
• Strong social media acumen, particularly LinkedIn, with experience creating professional business content
• CRM experience with Copper or similar systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) for contact management and follow-up workflows
• Project management expertise using Trello, Asana, or similar tools to track multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Excellent written English with ability to write in a professional, engaging tone that matches brand voice
• Tech-savvy communicator comfortable with Google Workspace, Calendly, Loom, Google Chat, and WhatsApp
• Proactive problem-solver with strong attention to detail and ability to anticipate needs
• Self-directed professional who can work independently while maintaining consistent communication
