We are a dynamic social media advertising agency seeking experienced video editors to join our creative team on a per-project basis. Our agency specializes in creating compelling social media advertisements across various platforms, and we need skilled editors who can transform raw footage into engaging, conversion-focused content.
What You'll Be Doing

As a video editor with our agency, you'll work with pre-provided footage and assets to create polished social media advertisements. We handle all the planning, shooting, and asset collection—you just edit the videos. Your expertise will focus on bringing these elements together into compelling final products that drive results for our clients. Each project will come with clear creative direction and brand guidelines to ensure consistency with our clients' marketing objectives.

Technical Requirements

Software Proficiency: We primarily work in Adobe Premiere Pro, and proficiency in this software is strongly preferred. However, we also maintain a team CapCut Pro account that is available for editors who need access to this platform.

Portfolio Requirement: A comprehensive portfolio showcasing your previous work is absolutely mandatory. Applications without a portfolio link will be automatically rejected, no exceptions. Your portfolio should demonstrate your ability to create engaging social media content and showcase a variety of editing styles and techniques.

Candidate Profile

We are seeking professional video editors who are NOT currently students and ARE AVAILABLE for consistent part-time work. The ideal candidate will have experience with social media content creation and understand the unique requirements of different platforms, including optimal aspect ratios, pacing, and engagement techniques that work well in social media environments. Agency experience is preferred but not mandatory. At least some freelancing experience is mandatory.

Our Ranking and Growth System

We've developed a comprehensive ranking system that provides clear advancement opportunities and recognizes exceptional work. Every editor begins at Rank 1 with probationary project-based compensation as we evaluate your skills, reliability, and creative output. Once you exit the probationary, you will be given a ranking and your pay will automatically increase as a result.

The ranking system progresses from Rank 1 through Rank 10, with advancement based on project quality, client satisfaction, adherence to deadlines, and creative innovation. As you progress through the ranks, your pay goes up.

Rank 10 Salaried Position: Editors who demonstrate exceptional skill and consistency can advance to Rank 10, which transforms from project-based work into a salaried position. Rank 10 editors receive a base salary starting at $1,000 per month, with potential for even higher salary pay based on your performance metrics, specialized skills, and the volume of work you can handle quickly. This salaried position includes a defined workload expectation and provides the stability of consistent monthly income while maintaining the creative challenge of diverse projects. It is possible to reach rank 10 pretty quickly, but it's not exactly easy. Our rank 10 editors always have amazing communication skills, always hit their deadlines, and always edit the videos to meet our quality standards.
