With nearly 2,000 clients worldwide, we are a rapidly growing, fully remote team dedicated to excellence, innovation, and helping women achieve financial freedom through entrepreneurship.
We’re looking for a warm, detail-oriented, and relationship-driven Community Engagement Manager to connect with our audience across social platforms. If you love social media, have a natural gift for building relationships online, and are excited about helping women take steps toward their goals, this could be the perfect role for you.

? What You’ll Do
Community Engagement
Respond to and manage thousands of comments, DMs, and messages across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube. We are looking for 100 message reply or comments per hour.
Represent the Dylan Jahraus brand with positivity, empathy, and professionalism.
Spark meaningful conversations, answer questions, and guide potential clients toward our resources and coaching offers.
Brand Representation
Be the “voice” of the brand online, making sure every interaction reflects our values of encouragement, empowerment, and excellence.
Protect and nurture our community by monitoring conversations and maintaining a safe, uplifting space.
Organization & Tracking
Keep engagement systems organized to ensure timely responses and follow-up.
Update and track conversations in our CRM and provide daily engagement recaps.
Collaboration & Growth
Join daily team huddles (1 PM PST via Zoom).
Participate in ongoing training to refine your communication and engagement skills.

Strong written communication skills with flawless grammar and attention to detail.
A people-first personality—friendly, empathetic, and professional in every interaction.
Experience in community management, social media engagement, or online customer support.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple social channels at once.
Self-motivated, reliable, and comfortable working remotely.

Hourly rate: $4 + performance bonuses
