Full-Time | 40 Hours/Week | $4-$6 per hour

We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Growth Marketing VA to join our team!

You’ll support the execution and optimization of paid ad campaigns across platforms like Google, Bing, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and Reddit. If you're an organized self-starter interested in performance marketing, eager to learn and grow, and have a love for Japanese snacks and culture, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:
Assist in trafficking, launching and monitoring paid ad campaigns across Google Ads, Bing, Meta Ads, TikTok, and Reddit.
Help prepare performance reports and summarize key insights to support optimization strategies.
Track and report on ad spend across platforms, supporting budget management.
Collaborate with the design, content, and strategy teams to help ensure smooth campaign execution.
Stay updated on new tools, features, and trends across platforms and share relevant insights with the team.

Requirements:
Hands-on experience in assisting with or managing paid ads on Google and Meta; bonus if you've run TikTok, Reddit, or Bing campaigns.
Familiarity with ad platform dashboards, pixel setup, and conversion tracking.
Comfortable using tools like Asana, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or other tools for tracking and reporting.
Ability to communicate with design teams and understand ad creative specs across channels.
Self-starter who stays up-to-date with digital ad trends and platform updates.
Strong English communication skills; bonus points for Japanese language fluency or interest in Japanese culture.

Training will be provided to ensure you have the knowledge and tools necessary for success in this role.
