Role Overview
You’ll be responsible for managing and optimizing our
• Technical: Setting up, optimizing, and maintaining automated flows in Klaviyo
• Creative: Designing beautiful, on-brand
• Strategic: Analyzing performance, running A/B tests, and continuously improving campaigns to maximize results
This is a remote, full-time position (40 hours/week) with the potential for long-term growth.

Responsibilities
• Build and optimize
• Design mobile-first
• Write persuasive subject lines, preview text, and body copy tailored to our US audience
• Manage our campaign calendar and send at least 1 high-quality campaign per week
• Segment our audience for better targeting and personalization
• Run A/B tests and track metrics (open rates, CTR, conversions, revenue)
• Provide weekly performance reports and recommendations
• Collaborate with our marketing team to repurpose content from social and product photography

Requirements
• Proven Klaviyo experience (flows, campaigns, segmentation, reporting)
• Strong design skills (Figma, Canva, or similar tools)
• Excellent written English with a strong grasp of US consumer tone
• Experience in e-commerce
• Understanding of
• Ability to analyze data and make decisions based on results
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to deadlines

Nice-to-Have
• SMS marketing experience (Klaviyo or Postscript)
• Basic photo editing skills
• Familiarity with jewelry, fashion, or luxury markets
• Understanding of US seasonal marketing cycles

Compensation & Benefits
• Full-time salary: $800–1,200 USD/month (depending on experience & skill level)
• 13th month pay (pro-rated for first year)
• Paid PH holidays
• Weekly payments via Wise
• Flexible working hours (must be available for 2–3 hours overlap with US Eastern time)
