Creator two Sales Decks

We are looking for a graphics design person with experience creating sales decks for a real estate investment firm that is raising capital. You will find a Request for Proposal (RFP) at this shared folder: ---------- .. You will find we need two things from the RFP, 1) for any of your communications or proposals you must start the communication or document with the phrase "Blue Ocean Strategy" or it will be deleted and not even be read and 2) We are flexible in the pricing and have a couple of weeks to get this done. We are looking for your input & proposal off of the RFP guidance and the supporting materials in the shared folder. Thank you for your every consideration.
