We are looking for an energetic, bubbly, skilled SALES person to join our team ASAP.

A short background about our Company: We are a Local Newspaper Publisher, where we sell ADS slots to Local Businesses to be featured in our weekly newspaper distribution to high-foot traffic areas such as restaurants, coffee shops, salons etc.

Qualifications:
1. Exceptional communication/negotiation skills (preferrably American-Accent)
2. Proven sales experience
3. CRM Proficiency (Monday CRM)
4. Goal Oriented
5. Able to Hit/Exceed sales KPI’s.

Roleplay
Scenario 1: Submit a voice recording of your conversation with the business owner, securing their approval to place our newspapers in their restaurant. Be sure to highlight that it’s completely free of charge, and how it will be great for their customers. (Show us how you effectively pitch and gain their approval)

Scenario 2: Submit a voice recording of yourself pitching an ad slot in our newspaper to a business owner. Show us how you would sell the value of the advertisement and convince them to secure a slot for their business (remember, we are placing the newspapers in a high foot traffic locations)

Include the word “coffee” in your cover letter to ensure you have read this through.

Compensation and Benefits:
Probation Period (3months): The rate is $6/hr - Weekly payment
HMO eligibility after six months.
- 9 paid U.S Holiday
- 4 days of paid vacation leave, with the option to roll over or sell unused days.
- 4 days of paid sick leave, with the option to roll over or sell unused days.
