Job Title: Executive Assistant to Founder (Full-Time, Remote – Philippines)
Salary: ?40,000/month
Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM UK time, Mon–Fri + alternate Saturdays

I’m looking for someone I can rely on daily to run my calendar, clear my inbox, track what others miss, chase what’s pending, and keep things moving without me checking twice. You’ll work directly beside my workflow (remotely), not as a secretary but as the person who keeps the business and my time organised.
You will:
Manage scheduling, follow-ups, documentation, and CRM updates.
Track deliverables, ensure follow-through, and flag what’s slipping.
Handle research tasks, travel bookings, personal coordination, and basic reporting.
Ensure what’s said actually gets done, without me having to repeat it.
You must be:
Fast, sharp, and organised, able to learn how I work within 1 week.
Comfortable training yourself through my playbooks, videos, KPIs, and SOPs.
Fully confident using WhatsApp Web, Google Drive, Zoho CRM & Workspace, shared sheets/docs.
Reliable with formatting and rapid, professional response times – I notice both.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years proven experience as an Executive Assistant to a founder, CEO or senior leader.
This is full-time only - no other jobs, projects, freelance work, or background distractions.
