???? Virtual Assistant – Real Estate & Hauling Business (40 hrs/week)

We are a husband-and-wife real estate team based in Florida, licensed Realtors actively working in residential sales, flipping, rentals, as well as owners of a trailer rental/hauling business. We’re seeking a high-energy, highly organized virtual assistant to support us across both businesses.

The ideal candidate is outgoing, confident on the phone, an excellent communicator, and great at managing tasks and follow-ups. This is a long-term opportunity with room to grow.

???? Responsibilities:

???? Real Estate Business (30 hours/week)
• Manage and follow up with buyer/seller leads
• Schedule showings and coordinate with clients
• Answer and return phone calls professionally
• Prepare listing information and marketing materials
• Post and update listings on MLS platforms (we’ll train if needed)
• Manage CRM and track all communications
• Coordinate with title companies, lenders, inspectors, and other agents
• Help implement social media and marketing strategies

???? Hauling Business (10 hours/week)
• Answer inbound calls and customer inquiries
• Manage rental booking calendar
• Post on Facebook Marketplace and ----------
• Follow up with leads and schedule drop-offs/pickups
• Execute simple marketing plans to generate local business

???? Ideal Candidate:
• Excellent English (spoken & written)
• Strong communicator — you’ll be speaking to clients regularly
• Friendly, energetic, and confident on the phone
• Extremely reliable and organized with task tracking
• Experience in real estate, property management, or similar fields preferred
• Familiar with CRM tools, Google Workspace, Canva, and social platforms
• Able to work during U.S. Eastern Time Zone (Monday–Friday)

• Full-time: 40 hours/week
• 30 hours real estate, 10 hours hauling
• Long-term position
• Pay: $5–$15/hour+ USD, depending on experience
• Must have reliable internet and a quiet workspace
