MTLA Education is a UK-based online academy and consultancy helping international students - with a focus of those with Chinese speaking backgrounds - access premium British education. We prepare students for boarding school success, provide cultural bridging, and deliver courses that build the academic and language skills needed for long-term learning.

We also work with in-country partners to offer visa support, UK guarantor services, and help set up prep school camps in the UK. Our team is growing and includes highly experienced, UK-qualified teachers, and we produce additional translated materials for the Chinese market.

What We Offer
High Commission – Earn 5% of the package value for every sale
Example: A 20-lesson package could earn you between PHP3,826.44 and PHP6,887.60

Full marketing support, including Chinese-translated materials for target markets
Remote, flexible working with no cap on earnings

Your Role
Refer students or families to MTLA’s services
Build partnerships with schools, agents, and agencies in your country
Represent MTLA professionally and passionately in your region
Promote and sell premium MTLA courses, camps, and boarding school preparation packages
Ideal Candidate
Experience with CRM systems (preferred)
Experience using AI and ChatGPT for competitive advantage
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
Shares our goal of spreading access to world-class education
Ambitious, self-motivated, and driven by high-reward opportunities
Experience working with Chinese or international student networks is highly valued
