We are looking for a highly experienced Wordpress developer to create websites projects for our clients. The position will be full time at first, and then go down to parttime.



Tasks and responsibilities:

- Create full website designs in Figma (desktop + mobile)

- Translate Figma designs into WordPress Elementor builds

- Build and maintain WooCommerce-based stores and product flows

- Perform site optimization and basic speed improvements (caching, compression, etc.)

- Handle small daily edits and maintenance tasks on live websites

- Collaborate via Loom, Google Workspace, and our project tool ----------

- Maintain clear reporting on work and hours spent



Minimum requirements:

- Proficient in written and spoken English (minimum B1, B2 preferred)

- Knows how to use ACF fields

- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in WordPress development

- Strong portfolio of websites you’ve built (Elementor-based, WooCommerce included)

- Strong design skills in Figma – can build and revise design files independently

- Excellent Elementor skills (including global settings, responsive design, theme building)

- Experience with WooCommerce setup, styling, and basic configuration

- Ability to work independently and manage full website projects

Compensation:

- $8-$12/hour

- We also reward excellence with bonuses when your work delivers significant value to us or our clients.



Start date:

- We are looking to hire as soon as possible

- You will be tested beforehand to evaluate your skills, and you will of course be paid for the time you spend doing this.



How We Work:



Weekly Meetings

– We will have weekly meetings to discuss priorities of the week, to clear up any concerns and to assess how everything is going.



Easy Communication

– Daily back-and-forth via Loom videos and screen recordings to save time and ensure clarity.



Detailed Reporting

– After each task, provide reporting/screenshots/videos along with exact time-tracking timestamps. All reporting is of course billable.

You get all the freedom that you need, in order to deliver the tasks in the quality we seek, and within the deadlines. This also means your working hours can be very flexible, but just 1 meeting per week has to be late evening PH time or very early.
