Responsibilities:
Manage Walmart customer service (primarily through messaging, with occasional calls)

Handle returns, disputes, and maintain high customer satisfaction ratings

List and map products using our custom-built, easy-to-use API software

Ensure accurate and optimized product listings on Walmart

Act as a virtual administrative assistant to the CEO

Bonus: Experience in Amazon listings, support, or dispute management is a strong plus

Requirements:
Proven experience With Walmart , Walmart WFS, AMAZON is a plus
Strong background in eCommerce (Walmart, Amazon, Shopify, or similar platforms)

Fluent in English (both written and verbal)

Extremely organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks

Tech-savvy and quick to learn new software

Professional, dependable, and committed to long-term work

Hours & Compensation:
Full-time role with a minimum of 6 hours per day
