Virtual Setter (DMs) – Base Salary PLUS Commission

We’re looking for a driven, professional Virtual Setter to join our growing team. Your job? Start conversations in the DMs, qualify leads, and book calls. Simple as that.

Must have DM setting experience where you can talk to a lead without needing a script.
I am looking for someone who can have conversations with leads and book as many calls as possible.
Following up with leads & responding quickly is the biggest part of this job.

What We’re Looking For:
Part-time availability currently that may turn into a Full-time Position (10-20 hrs/week) - 9am-5pm Pacific Standard Time
Monday-Friday (bonus if you can work Saturdays/Sundays)
Solid English (spoken and written)
Must Have Reliable internet and wifi
Professional presence and work ethic
Hungry, motivated, and ready to earn commissions

Compensation:
Hourly Base Pay + Bonuses/Commission's
