Youtube Shorts/TikTok/Instagram Reels Editor

I am looking for an Editor for my Youtube channel "Fight Story".
This channel involves anything from UFC/MMA/Boxing podcast and story telling to fight highlights and latest fight news.

What I need from an editor is 1-2 short form videos a day usually 30-45 seconds long. I will give you the details of what video to download or record and create a short from it. This will include downloading or recording multiple videos and overlaying/transitioning into 1 video.

Please understand that you will adopt my style of editing and I will give you examples of how I would like my videos to look.

What I am looking for in someone is a person who is well versed in creating shorts/reels in Youtube and Tiktok format.
Diligent worker who is on time with edits and delivering in a timely manner. (Again I am looking to post 1-2 shorts a day, or 8-10 shorts a week)
A quick learner who is willing to adapt and learn the current trends of social media.
Trustworthy person who I can work with in the future and have a long term working relationship.
